We ship worldwide from the United States.
Please refer to product descriptions for ship times. This does not include the time spent in transit.
*NOTE: during new releases, holidays, etc. there can be an additional 2-4 business days of processing time.
Transit times will vary based upon a few different conditions, including but not limited to:
- Total distance between us and you
- Whether your parcel is a domestic (Continental USA) or international (everywhere else) shipment
- What delivery method you select
Any inquiries regarding the exact location of your package should be made to the carrier directly. Checking the tracking number provided in your Shipment Confirmation is usually the best way to check. Our customer service agents only have as much information as can be seen by you through your tracking number.
All shipping rates will vary depending on a few different factors, some of which include:
* Domestic vs International shipments
* Total weight of package
* Selected shipping method
We are not responsible for any packages that are lost, stolen or damaged after it leaves our warehouse.
To protect your shipment, we offer Route+ Shipping Protection to insure your order against loss, theft and damage. This is available to add at checkout.

VAT for international orders is calculated at checkout and processed by a third party. All international orders are shipped ‘duties paid’ so your order will arrive quickly and efficiently.

All sales are final. We are unable to offer refunds at this time.
Exchanges are dependent on current stock levels and item purchased. Please email sweetea@emeraldfulfillment.com for any exchange inquiries.
Yes, as long as your order has not already been shipped! Please email sweetea@emeraldfulfillment.com with your name, order number, and updated shipping address as soon as possible. Once your order leaves our warehouse we are unable to make any changes.
